Watches your phone's internet connection and helps fix it when it stops working. It is published by Creative Techniques L.T.D. (Company No. 06369115, Nottingham, United Kingdom). What stays on your phone

Your settings and the outage log (times and short descriptions) stay on your phone.

What is sent to us

Nothing about your connection is sent to us.
At the interval you choose, the app sends a small request to a public test address (by default Google's connectivity-check address). If you enter one, it also tries to open a connection to your phone-service address, and calls your router's web address when it restarts the router.
If you unlock Pro we receive your account email (and a hashed password) and a purchase record.

Your account and purchases

The app works without an account except for unlocking Pro. To unlock Pro you create a WrapApp account with an email address and a password (stored only in hashed form). Payment is taken by the store you bought from (Google Play or Aptoide) or by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We keep a record of which account bought Pro for this app so the purchase can be checked and restored on a new phone.

Camera	Declared because the app is built on a common app framework that includes optional camera features. This app does not take photos or use the camera.
Biometrics	Declared by the common app framework. This app does not use it.
Wi-Fi state and changes, notifications, foreground service, run at start, battery optimisation, wake lock	To watch the connection in the background with a visible notification, to switch Wi-Fi off and on where Android allows it, and to start again after a restart if you turn that on.
Accessibility (optional, off by default)	If you turn it on, it is used only to open Android's Wi-Fi panel and tap the Wi-Fi switch. It does not read, store or send anything else on your screen.

Your choices and deleting your data

You can delete the app at any time, which removes everything stored on your phone. To have your WrapApp account and purchase record deleted, email info@creativetechniques.org from the address you registered with. We will delete it and confirm within 30 days. We do not sell your personal data, show advertising, or use trackers in this app.

Children

This app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
